5. Goods

Physical items such as wellness kits, supplements, and branded merchandise are offered through our online store.

6. Booking and Payments

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Services

Guests may cancel a service up to 48 hours before the scheduled start to receive a full reimbursement. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start date are not eligible for reimbursement but may be rescheduled subject to availability. Rescheduled services must occur within six months of the original date.

7.2 Info Products

Digital items can be canceled within 14 days of purchase provided that no access has been enabled. Once access to the digital content is granted, the purchase is final and cannot be canceled. Approved reimbursements will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

7.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and unused. Return requests must be initiated via our contact form. Once the item is received and inspected, reimbursement will be processed within 14 days. Shipping costs incurred for returns are not reimbursable unless the return is due to our error.

Sanatoria will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services, info products, or goods except where prohibited by applicable law.
